Pilates exercises can be modified for each patient and still be extremely effective - you can go from basic movements to very advanced, depending on the progress. Evidence shows that there is a link between being physically active/strong and good mental wellbeing. Further evidence shows that it can also help protect patients against depression and anxiety.
